Book Review: The second book in the Seymour series is just as fun as the first, Can you See What I See: Seymour and the Juice Box Boat
. Children continue with the adventures of
Seymour, a little toy man, as they are challenged to seek and find several objects in the pictures. The rhyming poems are written in rebus format
and are short and appropriate for early/beginning readers. Again, each page is
a visual adventure all by itself containing just enough objects to challenge young readers but not so many that they cannot
find the objects they are seeking. These are two books that teachers/parent-teachers may wish to consider for their classroom library...waallaahu a'lam.
